This Girl Finding Out Her Dad Became A Meme Is Just Too Funny

Dominique Robinson is a model with a fairly large social media following. She's also gorgeous and probably gets her fair share of unwanted attention — like this Instagram model who was asked by a woman to block her boyfriend from viewing her photos, like it was her problem a random guy couldn't stop double-tapping her selfies. Or she has to deal with a body shamer or two, who love to troll people on social media to make themselves feel better about their lack of followers or for no reason at all.
Anyways, Dominque definitely gets lots of stares on the street, and she recently posted a selfie where a man was caught in the background, appearing to be checking her out at the crosswalk:

— Dom(Unique) (@tooshortforwhat) May 15, 2018People could relate. Who wouldn't look?
Hahahahaha. He looking like me
— Dj alizay (@DjAlizay) May 15, 2018Secure that bag sissssss pic.twitter.com/mLXk0GDEe4
— . (@quartsdope) May 16, 2018Lmaooooo it was just a selfie he happened to be caught in
— Dom(Unique) (@tooshortforwhat) May 16, 2018He looks like he wanna risk it all
— . (@quartsdope) May 16, 2018The picture got included in a popular meme of white men looking at black women like they want to "risk it all."
Category is “Black Girls Making White Men Ready to Risk it All” pic.twitter.com/uBE9cIairB
— Sh🍩n (@brownlashon) May 16, 2018So the picture of Robinson and the mystery man was disseminated far and wide.
And then his daughter Alex saw it:
You ever check twitter and realize your fucking father has turned into a meme? https://t.co/fcGn7JpdP2
— alex (@A_coolestgirl) May 16, 2018Just a disclaimer I love my dad very much and I think he’d like you to see his favorite picture of him pic.twitter.com/PD99RUtObO
— alex (@A_coolestgirl) May 17, 2018Yes this is LITERALLY my dad pic.twitter.com/WAFyFntnFP
— alex (@A_coolestgirl) May 16, 2018Luckily, she seems to find the whole thing pretty funny, and her mom does, too:
Update: mom knows and thinks it’s hilarious but is very mad at me that I used “fuck” in a viral tweet. Can’t win them all I guess!!
— alex (@A_coolestgirl) May 17, 2018Though she is groaning about it a little:
I wish I was adopted
— alex (@A_coolestgirl) May 16, 2018Raised by a meme
— ❂ B ☾ (@disbriannabetch) May 16, 2018Robinson even found the tweet from Alex, who apologized to her for her dad being a creeper:
Lolnis this your father ?
— Dom(Unique) (@tooshortforwhat) May 17, 2018Unfortunately yes🙄 I am so sorry lol
— alex (@A_coolestgirl) May 17, 2018One thing that Alex mentioned is that her dad is blind in one eye. So, it's possible he wasn't looking at Robinson at all, but who knows.
well now we don’t know if he was really checking her out like that, look at pops eyes here.
— Benkita Kucherov (@BkTheSavior) May 17, 2018He’s blind in his right eye so honestly who knows he’s got crazy eyes
— alex (@A_coolestgirl) May 17, 2018CRYIN!!! I showed this to my dad he goes “isn’t that Dennis’ blind eye? Ru sure he’s looking at her “
— Kel (@kel__flynn) May 17, 2018It's still pretty funny.
Your mom: What the hell is this !!!!!!!!!!
Dads response: pic.twitter.com/tFTTvDB6U7
— Corey Williams (@JuiceWilliams1) May 17, 2018And Robinson has caught some heat, because people think she's mocking his disability, but she insists that wasn't her intention:
This was so unnecessary :( he’s blind in one eye
— Shereen (@Shereennna) May 17, 2018Honey, I wouldn’t never make fun of anyone with a disability. I was simply taking a photo. When I went to post it, there was a photobomb and I thought it was funny. Nothing more nothing less
— Dom(Unique) (@tooshortforwhat) May 17, 2018That’s twitter for ya . I didn’t call him anything I just thought it was funny
— Dom(Unique) (@tooshortforwhat) May 17, 2018Honestly, if he has one good eye, he probably looked!
Take a picture, it'll last longer.
