60 Nigerians Evacuated From Ukraine Contracted COVID-19
Following their evacuation from Ukraine to Nigerja, sixty returnees have tested positive for COVID-19. The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made this known in its COVID-19 update for Tuesday, March 8, 2022.
According to the centre, 60 of the returnees tested positive for the dreaded virus on Monday, March 7 following a test conducted.
The agency added that the returnees were part of the 68 cases reported for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) on Tuesday while the country recorded 118 cases of COVID-19 infections.
